Important dates and deadlines:

15th of August 30st of September	Sending Registration Form and Summary of the paper
01st of September 15st of October	Notification of acceptance
20st of October	Final registration and payment*
20st of October	Deadline for submission of full papers and presentations

 

*Fee and payment:

– The participation fee is payable only in case that the registration is approved;

– The participation fee is 60 EUR.

 

The participation fee includes:

– Certificate of participation

– Free access to all sessions of the conference;

– Possibility to present the paper or poster;

– Printing paper or poster in the a compendium;

– Lunch, coffee breaks and official dinner.

The accommodation is not included;
